Hello, my name is Cindy, and I am the proud founder of Mrs Coats.
The seed of creating my own boutique was always planted in my mind, alongside my commitment to my family. As my loved ones grew, so did my resolve, and I finally took the leap to turn my long-cherished dream into reality.
My journey in the fashion industry began as a model at the age of 15, exploring the dynamic world of fashion. After 15 years on the runway, I decided to transition to mentorship. I devoted my time to guiding young models in the Greater Moncton area, focusing not only on the technicalities of modelling but also on personal growth, teaching social and etiquette skills, and more importantly, self-confidence.
Mrs Coats was inspired by my experience working in a private boutique in Quebec, where I was introduced to the ways of this business. There, I fell in love with the sense of community a boutique can foster.
At Mrs Coats, we strive to create an environment that transcends the traditional shopping experience. We’re not just a store; we aspire to be a place where connections are made, stories are shared, and individuality is celebrated.
What I cherish most about my boutiques are the people – the smiles, the stories, and the connections we forge. Our Live Fashion Fridays on Facebook are very popular where we not only showcase new pieces but also offer styling tips. We host dozens of local Fashion shows yearly, bringing our community together while helping non-profit organizations fulfill their goals.
